At Boss Mom Gear, we want you to love your purchase! However, because all items are made to order just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or color.
We gladly offer replacements or refunds in these cases only: - The item arrives damaged or defective - The print quality is incorrect (misprinted) - You receive the wrong item
If any of these happen, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@bossmomgear.com with: - Your order number - Clear photos of the issue
We'll work with Printful to resolve it quickly — usually with a free replacement.
Refunds for shipping? Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If we send a replacement, we'll cover the new shipping.
